Los Angeles: Former "Baywatch" star Nicole Eggert has shared an important message about adopting a "disease-preventative lifestyle" amid her ongoing battle with stage 2 breast cancer.

Prompted by these changes, she performed a self-exam, discovered a large lump, and quickly arranged a diagnostic mammogram and biopsy, leading to her diagnosis by late October 2023.
